Do you make your popcorn on-site?
Yes! We handcraft all of our popcorn and confections directly in our Charlotte Shoppe! We specialize in small batches so that your popcorn can be made fresh throughout the day! We invite you to taste the fresh, quality difference!
Are there allergens in your popcorn?
Our popcorn is made from non-GMO, gluten free kernels that are popped in coconut oil. Although, it is produced on equipment used to make our product coatings and toppings with may contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, and/or gluten. However, we do have a variety of gluten free varieties available.
What are the sizes of your popcorn products? (approximate cups)
- Small – 4.5 cups
- Medium – 8 cups
- Heavenly Pack – 24 cups (3 Medium bags)
- X Large – 33 cups
- Jumbo – 55 cups
- Party – 136 cups (This is a little larger than a bushel, because of the size of the bag, this size only available for local pick up at the shoppe)
- 1 Gallon Tin – 16 cups
- 2 Gallon Tin – 32 cups
- Favor Bags and Popcorn Bars – we also handcraft 1.25 cup, 2 cup & 4 cup Favor bags, and Jumbo bag popcorn bars.
What sizes do you offer in your Shoppe?
While we generally only offer larger sizes or bundles online, we have: Snack Packs, Favor Bags, Small, Medium, and Large bag sizes in Shoppe. We also offer XL, Jumbo, Party and 1 Gal and 2 Gal Tins sizes. Since our popcorn is made fresh and not pre-bagged, if coming to the shoppe for a XL please call us at least 2 hours ahead; for a Jumbo or Party order 24 hours in advance at (803) 216-5197. All orders must be pre-paid in advance.
How do I keep my popcorn fresh?
Our popcorn is popped fresh at our shoppe throughout the day to ensure the highest quality. To maintain freshness, store your popcorn in an airtight container or bag at room temperature. We do not recommend that you re-heat or freeze your popcorn.
Do you make custom orders?
If we can—we will! We are happy to create the perfect popcorn flavor or combination mix for your special event. Contact us to discuss your request.

Where are you located?
We are located at 16011 Lancaster Hwy, Suite C, Charlotte, NC 28277. We are near the Ballantyne IHOP off Johnston Rd. You can also shop 24/7 at our online store where orders can also be placed and shipped nationally. We locally service the Charlotte, Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Rock Hill areas for special events, onsite vending, and pre-arranged delivery. Where do you ship?
We ship our delicious popcorn within the continental United States via USPS 2 day Priority Mail. Additional shipping information can be found on our shipping page. Please note that we allow up to 5 days processing prior to shipping.
What’s your policy on refunds and cancellations?
The fresh nature of our popcorn does not allow us to issue refunds or cancel an order once it has been packaged for shipping.
