Do you offer online ordering with local pickup?
Yes! At checkout, under your order summary, select Local Pickup next to the shipping. Your order will be ready within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, or the next open business day. Orders placed after 5:30pm will be available by 5pm the next business day. Most orders will be ready within a few hours. We will text you when the order is available for pickup.
Do you make your popcorn on-site? What specials do you have?
Yes! That’s what makes of unique from many others! We handcraft all of our popcorn and confections directly in our Charlotte Shoppe like this! We specialize in small batches so that your popcorn can be made fresh throughout the day! Each Popcorn Heaven location makes their own popcorn! We invite you to taste the fresh, quality difference!
Weekly in-store only specials: Tuesday get 2 Medium Classic, Savory, Sweet or Mixed bags for $10. Wednesday bring your Tin back and receive 2 medium bags to refill a 1 gallon for $5, receive 1 XL bag or 3 large bags to refill a 2 gallon Tin for $10; $9.97 for 1 gallon and $14.97 for 2 gallon refills other days of the week. Additional charge for Caramel or Chocolate varieties. Thursday get a Small Chocolate bag for $5. Individual limits apply and one discount per person per day.
Are there allergens in your popcorn?
Our popcorn is made from non-GMO, gluten free kernels that are popped in coconut oil. Although, it is produced on equipment used to make our product coatings and toppings with may contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, and/or gluten. However, we do have a variety of gluten free varieties available.

- Party – 136 cups (This is a little larger than a bushel, because of the size of the bag, this size only available for local pick up at the shoppe)

- Favor Bags and Popcorn Bars – we also handcraft 1.25 cup, 2 cup & 4 cup Favor bags, and Jumbo bag popcorn bars.
What sizes do you offer in your Shoppe?
While we generally only offer larger sizes or bundles online, we have: Snack Packs, Favor Bags, Small, Medium, and Large bag sizes in Shoppe. We also offer XL, Jumbo, Party and 1 Gal and 2 Gal Tins sizes. Since our popcorn is made fresh and not pre-bagged, if coming to the shoppe for a XL please call us at least 2 hours ahead; for Snack Packs, Favor, Jumbo or Party Bag orders place order at least 24 hours in advance at (803) 216-5197. All orders must be pre-paid in advance. Pricing in-Shoppe may differ than Online Store.
Do you participate in fundraisers?
We sure do, contact us about our virtual FUNdraisers! Our FUNdraiser Program offers over half gallon-sized flavorful & fresh Popcorn Bags and 1 gallon filled Tins. Your organization keeps 50% of what it sells!! Popcorn orders are placed online and shipped directly to the customer or they have the option of picking it up in store! All virtual and safe! Do you have a mobile unit to participate in Festivals, Corporate & Outdoor Events?
Yes, we have a mobile unit to pop fresh onsite at your next festival; community, faith-based, or corporate event throughout South and North Carolina. Seeing and hearing bursting kernels of freshly popped hot popcorn along with that delicious smell makes for a memorable event! How do I keep my popcorn fresh?
Our popcorn is popped fresh at our shoppe throughout the day to ensure the highest quality. To maintain freshness, store your popcorn in an airtight container or bag at room temperature. We do not recommend that you re-heat or freeze your popcorn.
Do you make custom orders?
If we can—we will! We are happy to create the perfect popcorn flavor or combination mix for your special event. Contact us to discuss your request.
Where are you located?
We are located at 16011 Lancaster Hwy, Suite C, Charlotte, NC 28277. We are near the Ballantyne IHOP off Johnston Rd. You can also shop 24/7 at our online store where orders can also be placed and shipped nationally. We locally service the Charlotte, Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Rock Hill areas for special events, onsite vending, and pre-arranged delivery. Do you Deliver?
Yes! We deliver to companies for free within a 10 mile radius of our store with a minimum $100 order. Beyond that radius we charge a $20 fee. We also offer residential delivery within a 5 mile radius of the store with a minimum $20 order and a $5 fee.
Where do you ship?
We ship our delicious popcorn within the continental United States via USPS 2 day Priority Mail. Additional shipping information can be found on our shipping page. Please note that we allow up to 5 days processing prior to shipping. **From the USPS website: Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.**
What’s your policy on refunds and cancellations?
The fresh nature of our popcorn does not allow us to issue refunds or cancel an order once it has been packaged for shipping. For in-store orders, note ALL orders must be cancelled at least 10 days in advance. After 10 days, contact us to discuss if the order can be credited.
